Sophie Chan Cooke

I am an artist from London specialising in oil painted portraits across all ages. I have a detailed yet energetic style taking care to capture a person's essence in an honest and tender way. I am largely self-taught, but I am currently studying part-time at The Art Academy to continue discovering, developing and learning more about what I love. Whilst I occasionally stray from portraiture I always seem to come back, never ceasing to be inspired by the endless scope of people; their complex characters, expressions and relationships.
